Chad is a native Hoosier, born and raised near Indianapolis, Indiana. He moved to the Tampa Bay region in 2014, where he began his career as a legal assistant for a law firm in Pinellas County. Seeking to expand his knowledge and legal background, Chad enrolled at WMU-Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Riverview, Florida. He graduated cum laude while working throughout his legal education at one of the largest law firms in Tampa that represents policyholders in property damage disputes.

Following his admission to the Florida Bar in 2019, Chad began representing victims of automobile collisions and slip-and-fall incidents. He joined Danahy & Dunnavant, P.A., as an associate attorney in November 2021, and his practice focuses on advocating for policyholders whose insurance companies have wrongfully denied or underpaid valid property damage claims, whether residential or commercial.

In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughters. He also gives back to his community by volunteering as an officer of his local homeowners’ association, ensuring residents have a great place to call home.
